Cutting-Edge Solutions Presented at Policetech Conference & Expo

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO— As part of the second annual Policetech Conference & Expo, Nventure was part of an exhibition showcasing the latest advancements in law enforcement technology. Organized by the Canadian Institute, the second annual edition explored emerging trends and facilitated important discussions on the future of policing, including the evolution of law enforcement through generative AI, rollout of next gen 9-1-1, cybersecurity enhancements for policing operational centres, and innovative UAV applications.

Among the exhibitors at this year’s conference was Nventure and the Cobourg Police Service’s V13 Policetech Accelerator, a joint initiative designed to drive innovation within the law enforcement technology sector. As a media sponsor for the event, the V13 Policetech Accelerator played a role in amplifying the conference’s reach and fostering collaboration among industry stakeholders. The V13 Policetech Accelerator also secured exhibition space for four standout clients, each poised to showcase groundbreaking solutions designed to enhance public safety and efficiency in law enforcement.

From aerial surveillance to search and rescue operations, Hover.direct’s UAV solutions also provide new roadmaps for police services to navigate regulatory and certification requirements to operate UAVs in their districts.

Their presence at the conference underscored the transformative potential of technology in shaping the future of law enforcement and community safety.

“By collaborating with the V13 Policetech Accelerator, these forward-thinking companies not only gained positioning and exposure but also contributed to the advancement of policing practices worldwide,” said Joe Miller, Business Development Officer at Nventure. “Attendees experienced firsthand the ingenuity and impact of these pioneering efforts and gained a glimpse into the future of policing.
