    Nventure’s finance lead (CFP, DELIA, equity financing and fintech) with 25 years of consumer, mortgage, commercial lending and administration experience, previously Ganaraska Credit Union.

    With extensive municipal and regional economic development and innovation funding experience across Eastern and Southern Ontario, Judy has impacted hundreds of advanced manufacturers and growth firms (CEDP, RIIEO, thriveFORWARD) as a longtime industry champion and former Director of the NMA.

    PROGRAM LEAD, WOMEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP STRATEGY

    B.A. Criminology and Psychology (University of Ottawa), Heather is an experienced Risk Analyst (formerly with 360insights) with a demonstrated track record in the IT industry. She leads Nventure's national women entrepreneurship programming including StrikeUP Canada (est. 2021).

    POLICETECH ACCELERATOR LEAD

    B.Sc. (Notre Dame) entrepreneur, innovator and intellectual property specialist with extensive experience in technology transfer. Formerly led strategic ventures at the University Health Network (UHN), the Innovation Cluster, and Ontario Tech, where he was responsible for the university’s IP activities.

    FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR

    Tae Kwon Do 4th degree Black Belt (Master), Veterinary Technician Diploma (Algonquin College) and Accounting Diploma (Fleming College) with a successful career in the restaurant industry and ten years in general management.

    MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

    B. Comm (University of Guelph) majoring in Marketing Management, Victoria is an advocate for the national women entrepreneurship ecosystem, playing a pivotal role in Nventure’s StrikeUP and DELIA brands, as well as innovation initiatives like thriveFORWARD.
